Bita Finance presents and represents marketing communication and product information in English only. Bita Finance will not refund any sort payment that has been made toward any services already rendered with less then a seven days before the project deadline. Full refunds will only be processed within 7 days of project start.

10.1 Bita Finance respects the rights of individual website users and endeavors to provide maximum control over personal information, where possible. 17.3 Deletion of information from integrated website analytics applications can be attempted but not entirely guaranteed unless a website user makes efforts to update his/her individual browser settings, as Bita Finance have access but not control over the information generally tracked by Google Analytics, Google AdWords Express and Google Search Console. Individual website users acknowledge, understand and agree to indemnifying Bita Finance of any legal and/or financial claims resulting in non-permanent deletion of data through integrated website analytics applications.
